Warm Tone Escape
Urbandale, IA – Built in 2024
This deck was built in Urbandale, Iowa in 2024 and features a warm, natural look with a clean modern finish. We used TimberTech composite decking in a two-tone color scheme, paired with black Westbury Tuscany railing and integrated lighting. The thoughtful design and premium materials make this space both functional and visually striking, day or night.

TimberTech Composite Decking

We used TimberTech Reserve Collection decking in Reclaimed Chestnut for the main decking and fascia, paired with Driftwood picture frame boards to create visual contrast and a finished edge. Both colors offer the natural look of wood with the long-lasting performance of composite materials.
Westbury Tuscany Aluminum Railing
The deck is enclosed with black Westbury Tuscany aluminum railing, which adds a timeless, low-maintenance finish. Its clean lines and powder-coated durability make it a perfect fit for this modern yet classic design.

Westbury Post Cap Lights
Post cap lights were added to the Westbury railing system to provide soft ambient lighting at night. These low-voltage fixtures enhance the look and safety of the deck without overwhelming the design.
Riser Lights
We installed riser lights into the deck stairs for safe nighttime navigation and added visual interest. These lights provide a soft glow that highlights each step and elevates the overall evening atmosphere.
