The Legacy Escape
Waukee, IA – Built in 2025
This custom deck was built in Waukee, Iowa in 2025 using TimberTech composite decking from the Legacy Collection. Ashwood was chosen for the main decking and fascia, paired with Espresso picture frame boards for contrast. The project features a Trex RainEscape waterproofing system for dry space underneath, black Westbury Tuscany aluminum railing with a drink rail, and integrated lighting — creating a low-maintenance, high-style outdoor living space perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
