The Dryspace Retreat
Ankeny, IA – Built in 2025
This custom composite deck was built in Ankeny, Iowa in 2025 using TimberTech decking from the Reserve Collection. Designed for both beauty and function, the space features a built-in waterproof system, a finished ceiling with LP SmartSide, and clean white Westbury Tuscany aluminum railings. Every detail was crafted to enhance outdoor living with long-lasting materials, low maintenance, and timeless style.

TimberTech Composite Decking

We used TimberTech Composite decking from the Reserve Collection. Reclaimed Chestnut was selected for the main decking and fascia, providing a warm, natural tone with rich woodgrain texture and low-maintenance performance.

Trex Rain Escape
