This custom multilevel deck in West Des Moines, Iowa was built in 2023 and features a warm, inviting design with layered spaces perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. We used MoistureShield Vision composite decking in Spanish Leather for the main decking areas and Cold Brew for the picture frame border. These bold, earthy colors create visual depth and warmth. The boards feature CoolDeck® technology, helping to reduce heat buildup on sunny days for a more comfortable surface underfoot.
Westbury Tuscany Aluminum Railing
A bronze Westbury Tuscany aluminum railing system wraps the deck, offering a timeless look with low-maintenance performance. Custom Patio Cover
A portion of the deck is protected by a custom-built patio cover, offering shade during the summer and shelter from the elements year-round. It enhances the overall comfort and usability of the space, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
